Ihre launisch aggressiven Texte setzen sich mit persönlichen und gesellschaftlichen Widersprüchen sowie den Absurditäten des Alltags auseinander. Mal laut und bissig. Mal melancholisch und zynisch. Immer mit einem zuckenden Auge.
DANKESCHATZ from Munich combine Melodic Punkrock with influences from grunge, metal, and '90s / 2000s alternative. Their moody, aggressive lyrics explore personal and social contradictions as well as the absurdities of everyday life. Sometimes loud and biting. Sometimes melancholic and cynical. Always with a twitching eye.
Auf der Bühne treffen Energie und Spielfreude auf eine Prise ungewollter Situationskomik. Übertrieben, daneben, aber immer ein bisschen kaputt.
On stage, energy and sheer joy of playing meet a healthy dose of unintentional comedy. Over the top, slightly off the rails, but always just a little broken.
